MUSIC, VOICE, MOVEMENT & MINDSET
Designed to connect people, activate creativity and create meaningful change.
Kattimoni creates immersive workshops and creative experiences that bring people together through music, movement, voice, reflection and embodied practice.
Drawing on her work as an international recording artist, facilitator, coach and arts psychotherapist, Kattimoni combines creativity with practical tools for confidence, self-expression, wellbeing and conscious leadership. Her experiences can be delivered as intimate workshops, interactive sessions, keynote-style experiences or larger festival and community activations - with each offering adapted to the people, purpose and setting.

An immersive experience exploring the transformational power of music, movement & mindfulness to shift energy, connect people & enhance wellbeing.
Music Is the Medicine is Kattimoni's signature music and wellbeing experience — a dynamic fusion of live music, embodied movement, meditation, neuroscience, reflection and guided participation.
Using music as a starting point for connection and transformation, participants are invited to move, listen, breathe, express and reconnect with themselves and eachother.
Facilitated alongside Jahwise Productions, the experience explores the relationship between music, emotion, the body and the nervous system, creating space to release tension, shift perspective and experience the profound power of sound in a deeply embodied way.
The experience includes:
✨ Live music, storytelling and guided musical experiences
✨ Rhythm and movement
✨ Vocal activation
✨ Breathwork and mindfulness
✨ Embodiment and nervous-system practices
✨ Reflection, group connection and interactive participation

"Kattimoni presents with commitment and grace, radiating a positive flow of energy. She is able to engage in a gentle and influential way with young people at risk of social marginalisation. She is flexible and adaptable to cultural and faith diversity. The United Voice workshops allowed the students to express themselves through voice both individually and collectively spreading messages of peace and social connectedness. I highly recommend Katti for future workshops with promote social cohesion, peacebuilding and healthy relationships with self and others."
